This is architecture communication project assignment 2, this assignment want me to create my own name card, brochure, flyer, letter head, small and big envelopes and create my own blog.

This is the second assignment in semester 3 design class. After i'm done my first assignment about pavilion, the second assignment has come and it require a group of 2 to design it. The second assignment is about design a library that located inside Hun Sen park. This library is about 20m x 30m and it got ground floor and first floor. We have design some ventilation on the first floor because this building is face to the east so the heat in the morning can be the problem for our library and also 60% of our building are using glass that why ventilation is very important, we also using Tea glass on the ground floor, this kind of glass can reduce the heat inside the library. We also put some plant on the first floor to help with the view of the building and to help reduce the heat too.

Pavilion

This is Pavilion Design assignment for year 2 semesters 3, the size is 30m x 20m and have only ground floor. The shape of the building is inspired from joystick. I have design it with two building, the big one is pavilion and the small one is a coffee shop for people who want to relax and drink something before or after the show in pavilion. The interior space is an open space for people who want to rent the space to show their products or other. For the exterior parts, you can see many posters on the wall, all of this posters use to advertise their products and what will they show their customer inside this pavilion.

After semester break (Semester 3) when we are on our summer class, two client has come, one client he want to deign a condo with Karaoke at basement and another client he is a lawyer and he want to design a living house they want me to choose which client that I want to design for and because this is my first time so I desire to design the lawyer house instead design a condo. He want me to design a house that having Japanese style with Cambodia style, it really hard for me at the first time because I never design a real house before and I also afraid that my design can be bad and my client will not love it but at the end he love this design so much. I can say that, my first project is really success.

CJCC Project (Garden)

CJCC Project (Garden)

This is the first project that me and my friend got after we came back from Malaysia (July 17, 2012). The project is to design a garden that surrounding the lake with fountain at the middle. The reason that CJCC want to have this kind of garden in front of their building because it is a nice view for them, for their student  and they also can have some party on this area when they have an event. This project is a quick accepted project, they gave us only 4 hours to complete the design because they're in a hurry and they just want to see the drafts only, so to complete it on time we cannot render this image with high quality, what we can do is screenshot the image and give it to the client that why the quality of the image is not good.

KFC Competition

KFC Concept

My participation in the KFC contest. This happened during my global study trip to Malaysia and I had the chance to come up with a new store design concept for KFC. KFC wanted their new store to be inviting, attractive and help change the overall image of the food chain (from boring to exciting). I hope this could help  provide some basis of their idea. 

Fish Pond

Fish Pond

This is the project that I had done with landscape design. This project is related to Japanese fish pond. My client want me to design a fish pond that look like Japanese fish pond with nice garden design but because I didn't want this pond to look exactly the same as Japanese style so I decide to design it by combine the Japanese styles with Cambodia styles. 

So to design a pond that having both Cambodia and Japanese styles together, all the materials that I need for this design are:

• Sakura Trees
• Fountain 
• Yellow Flowers
• Sitting Areas
• Woods
• Rocks
• Grass
• Golden Lotus and some decorate stuff. 

Inside this fish pond, I put some Sakura trees and yellow flower along the pond that connect from the sitting area to the fountain and for the fountain I design it in front the sitting area and it look like a real water fall that fall from the top of the mountain to the ground so when people sitting in the area, they can see the whole view of the pond even the fountain.
